1.2. Since the product is digital, there are no physical shipments involved.
1.3. Delivery time is typically 5 business days, but may take up to a maximum of 10 business days.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1. Due to the nature of the digital service provided, refunds are not available once the service has been delivered.
2.2. If the delivery exceeds 10 business days and the video has not been sent, the customer may request a cancellation and receive a refund.
3. Cancellation
3.1. Cancellations are only possible if the delivery exceeds 10 business days and the video has not been sent.
3.2. Cancellation is free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. If 24 hours have passed, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
